Errand Plus and Personal Services is a family-oriented service providing care, support, and errand services in order to enable people to maintain independence in the comfort of their home. Errand Plus provide services such as personal care, meal preparation, getting dressed in and out of bed, medication reminders, care at home and shopping and errand running.

Following initial meetings with the director, we established the objectives of this home care agency.

Before working with us, Errand Plus were inactive on all social media platforms, as well as having a website with no basic functions (e.g. sign up forms, company reviews etc). Furthermore, the client wanted to increase the number of long-term clients.
